First you should relax her and tell everything every step you are going to do on her. Make her comfortable and do foreplay for atleast 45 minutes. Don't go down to vagina and concentrate more on breast. After making sure that her lubrication is ok and adequate. First try to insert your fingers gradually slowly till it completely penetrates. You have to do like this 3-4 days without try to penetrate your penis. Once her anxiety is comes down after 3-4 days try to insert your penis gradually and slowly. She will be ok in another a week.
