Hello Dr. My bones are like a 15 year old kid where my age is 24. A nutritionist told me it is deficiency of HGH during puberty. He told me to consult a doctor. I met 4 doctors till now but no one is giving any satisfactory solution. Everyone says to take calcium, multivitamin etc. I tried this also but no effect in last 6 months.

Try to consume more of protein foods. Such as milk, cheese, pulse, meat, sea foods. Also include calcium-rich foods such as ragi (in cereal), probiotics such as Yakult or home-made probiotics. These foods will help to boost the protein and calcium levels in your body naturally.
