Sir/madam I am pankaj 26 years old and my concern about my hair and scalp I avoid to wash head daily with soap/shampoo because my hair are too silky and very thin and hair volume also getting decreased so I do not want to make my hair more weaker so I started to wash head after two days but now if I do not wash it regularly with shampoo or soap then the head gets too much itchy and dandruff. At that time I can not wait for two days without washing. Please guide how to get rid of such problem currently I am using dove shampoo because of its mildness as compared to others.

Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed hair oils, use shika powder instead, eat more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water, since hair fall depends on many internal factors it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure
