Lot of people do. Specially youngsters. Your exposure to sun is limited and your diet intake is poor and this is the sole reason behind these defeciencies. 1. Spend about 30 minutes daily out in the sun, preferably between 9 to 10 am or 5 to 6 pm 2. Have a good diet - one bowl of fresh fruits and one bowl of boiled vegetables daily is recommended. 3. Include natural iron supplements in the form of dates, raisins and almonds in your daily diet. 4, exercise regularly to promote circulation and to improve absorption.
