1. Spend about 30 minutes daily out in the sun, preferably between 9 to 10 am or 5 to 6 pm
2. Have a good diet - one bowl of fresh fruits and one bowl of boiled vegetables daily is recommended.
3. Include natural iron supplements in the form of dates, raisins and almonds in your daily diet.
