Sir/Madam, I am 48 male. Weight 80 k.g.Working in Govt Office 10 am to 5 pm. Daily walking 4 to 5 k.m.Suffering from mild pain in the middle of back bone and some times in the waist since 2/3 days. Uric acid is normal. Since three years also suffering from mild pain in left low abdomen. MRI, Endoscopy report says ok. Ultrasound report says B/L nephrolithiasis & renal cyst of right side. Regularly taking medicine Olmezest AM 40 for B.P. Please advice me.

Weight is 80 kg, it is ok if your height is 6 ft otherwise try to reduce your wieght. Another factor is your sitting time please make a mini walk for 10 min. In every 45 min to 1 hrs of sitting. For immediate relief of pain please use hot formantation for 10 mins. And please consult a physiotherapist they taught you some exercises by which no reoccurrence of your symptoms happen.

Body weight is a factor use choamote use soft sole good shoe or sports shoe if the sole when damaged change it or inner sole inside the shoe take IFT over both knee joints @ 10 min x 10 days in a month x 4/5 months use Lumbar spine good quality brace take IFT over pelvic region @10 min x 10 days in a month do spinal extension exercise daily ok ok.
