don't worry about it.
do regular exercise. stop eating junk and processed food. take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. take dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight.
include carbohydrate and protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, egg, fish,nuts etc.
avoid drink before and with meals.
take small and frequent meals.
