Last year I am suffering from jaundice, soo my health is not increase, and weight is also decrease. And there no proper digestion. What I do for health.

hello sir , have small and frequent meals. take milk products like curd , paneer. avoid milk, fried food, oily food,junk food. take plenty of veg, fruits, sugarcane juice, .used boiled water before taking . don't skip your meals and breakfast

Hello, If non diabetic, you can take simple sugars like juices, lassi,fruit glucon D, rose sherbet, sugar cane juice for instant energy. Keep your diet high in proteins for better recovery, Vegetable juices like carrot, beet roots can be taken. Take adequate rest and do not lift heavy weights. Contact me for further guidance.
