take regular green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits , milk, curd , egg, pulses . whole grain atta , some dry fruits . little ghee/butter, vegetable oils good luck

Hello, Everything in moderation and prefer eating things from the earth,rather than ready packets. Exercise daily(at least 5 times a week) and eliminate excess of white products from your diet.
