Dear Lybrateuser, - Your tiredness or decreased energy levels could be due to lack of proper sleep, high blood sugar, improper diet, sedentary life, work stress - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains & protein foods - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up times fixed - check your blood sugar & keep it under control - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning to keep fit. -
