Sir I have done 2d echo and 4 time ecg every time every thing normal my total cholesterol is 179 and ldl is 130 hdl is 52 and triglyceride is 79 and vldl is 15 sir I have a chest and shoulder pain from last one month Dr. Say this is anxiety and m suffering from vitamin d and b12 deficiency.

Vitamin D Deficiency 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take Milk, cheese, egg yolk, Fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, Mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of Vitamin D you have to take Vitamin D supplement 60000IU/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician Vitamin B12 deficiency It occurs due to strict vegetarian diet 1.Take meat/egg/ fish, poultry, Diary product like milk & milk product, 2.Vegetarian sources of B12 are milk, butter milk, yogurt. Vitamin D comes from Sunlight and B12 comes from all red, orange vegetables and thick green leafy vegetables. Start going for morning walks, eat the correct kind of foods and do stretching exercises like in yogasana. Regards.
