Sir I am 14 years 9 months old boy and before I was very intelligent boy and I have very sharp mind and my memory power was very high, I am very talented boy but 1 years later I am in huge depression and always I sleeping doing excess/over masturbation in a day and my mind becomes very, weak and I does not understand very common thing. My mind becomes totally opposite from before 1 years it very weak. So please suggest me medicine.

A boy of your talent has taken to masturbation. This is a sad thing. At your age you should concentrate just on your studies . Your mind and body will become weak if you continue excessive masturbation and than it will lead to other sexual problems also. It is better that you develop a strong will power and divert your mind. Get up early in the morning and go to a park for running. Practice yoga and meditation. Make some good friends who will help you concentrate in your studies. Talk to your parents about it, don't feel shy. They will certainly help you. Eat fresh fruits and veggies. All the best.
