If you are looking for natural remedies for arthritis, you should opt for Ayurvedic treatment. Arthritis, as per Ayurveda, is a condition caused due to the aggravation of vata dosha (air). The body produces ama – a toxin that is released as a by product of improper digestion. When ama is produced, it circulates in the body and gets deposited at sites that have already weakened. So when the vata is already stirring up, ama finds the perfect place to build up. That is why you experience arthritis in fingers or knees. For most people, arthritis in the knee is more painful than in the fingers because knees are load bearing joints. If you have arthritis in your knees, you will have trouble moving and the range of motion in your joints will be severely restricted. You may have to depend on people or walking aids to make even the smallest of movements.

Ayurvedic treatment for arthritis aims at balancing and stabilising the Vata component of your body. This is done by strengthening your alimentary canal and metabolic pathway. This makes sure that your circulatory channels do not get blocked by impurities, and are functioning properly. You need to drink a lot of water in order to detoxify your body. There are several Ayurvedic home remedies for arthritis treatment as well, which help in improving your motion range.

Treatment Tips:

  1. You should start your day with a big glass of lukewarm lemon water every day.
  2. You should opt for fenugreek which is an ideal natural inhibitor of ama and corrects your Vata dosha. This natural arthritis remedy can be taken in various ways. You can take these seeds in your food. You can also grind them, mix mustard oil to it, and apply the mixture to your joints. This provides warmth and relief to your joints.
  3. You can opt for an Ayurvedic hot oil massage of your joints. This is effective, especially during the winter. You can use castor oil, and sesame seed oil for massaging your arthritis affected joints. Do not apply pressure while massaging your joints as applying pressure goes against the principles of Ayurveda.
  4. It is recommended for you to meditate regularly for relieving stress and coping with anxiety. These factors are responsible for the development of ama in your body. Regular meditation makes your body relaxed and calm. You should practice yoga as it involves several breathing exercises which help in initiating you into meditation. Having effective control over your breath, your meditation will be more effective.
  5. It is important for you to sleep early and wake up early. The disruption of your sleep cycle causes aggravation of all your doshas and causes stress and fear. A healthy sleep cycle helps you in keeping away from obesity. This improves the health of your load bearing joints, as the chances of them getting extra load because of obesity are prevented.

  7. Almond with MilkTake five to six almonds and drench into the water around evening time. Peel off and granulate them the next morning. Infuse this paste into a glass of tepid water. You can also add some honey or sugar to make it delicious.
  8. Triphala Powder: Using triphala with water around evening time is additionally helpful to recover from stress.
  9. Cardamom Seeds: You can take five to six cardamoms. Biting their seeds at whatever time in a day has been proven beneficial.
  10. Amla With NutmegTake some juice of a crisp amla (Indian Gooseberry) and include a couple measure of nutmeg powder into it. Add some rock salt and blend them appropriately and drink it.
  11. BrahmiTake a teaspoon of brahmi powder and swallow it with any natural liquid. It will help you channel your energy and work towards something more to distract yourself from stress.

Sir/Madam, I recently shifted to Gujarat from Maharashtra after suicidal death 4 months back of my sister after 2 years of chronic Depression. My father also committed suicide when I was 2 years due to paralysis. My gf broke relationship of 3 years due to above reasons 1 month back but I still depressed for that I am in CA final and only one group remains Now, I feel depressed, no will to do further hard work ,I lost my vision ,also fears for my carrier, I also lost my future dreams, sucidial thoughts are coming ,feel very lonely Please help.

Dear lybrate-user do not be afraid ,you are to spend littile time for your health ,just do yoga daily for 1 hrs under the guidnce of well experienced yoga guru, do not try yourself, you will be very positive within couple of days only. You can try ayurvedic shirodhara also. Finaly spend littile time for health ,do not think only about health do some aciton to improve the heatlh and yoga is the best solution for your problem.

I had taken ipill twice in month my period on the same date of the last month but its not bleeding much only 2 3 drops of blood come why is it so. What its mean? Does it mean its pregnancy?

It may be due to hormones of Ipill ,not pregnancy, and still confusion about pregnancy then just do card test which available on every chemist shop @50-70rs. Only.

I am 32 year old male and I am a patient of hyper-vigilance and social anxiety. Please help me I can't concentrate, eat, watch tv if people are around .my eyes always keeps scanning who is around .My eyes moves where I avoid it .I have no control on my eyes. Someone prescribed me to use Zoloft (sertraline) .should I use it or go for Paxil (paroxetine) I have tried ANULOM-VILOM but It did nothing.

Dear join proper yoga classes under the guidance of experienced person ,you need not any medicine just try yoga with dedication ,you will get definite results but the necessary conditions are :-you are to do yoga under guidance (self practice will not work) with dedication and regularity minimum for 3 months and then decide that yoga is working or not.

Papaya leaves juice, Giloy juice, aloe Vera juice, Anar Dana juice mixed in equal quantity. Less solid diets, try khichadi or mung as main meal. Platelets count ek din m badh jayenge test karwa Lena.

Start morning with Agra petha or sweet chilled milk ,munnnaka draksha, or any sweet juicy fruit. And take avipattikar churan at night along with stresscom capsules of dabur company.
