Dear lybrate-user, Too much soyabean is not good for health, especially for men. If you are a vegetarian you can get your protein from your diet or can opt for whey protein which is milk based.

Hello, Soya in excess can harm you,a daily limit of 20 to 30 gms is acceptable. Protein is abundantly available in the natural sources and can be taken in your regular diet,infact protein in every meal is very important. Mass gainers are of no use.
