Sure. Glucose water will replenish energy faster. Better than glucose, go for ORS water, as it will also replenish essential minerals lost in sweat.

Hi. Thanks for the query. If your workout is not intense water will suffice. Glucose water is avoided. Lime water is advisable if your workout is intense and you feel you are getting muscle cramps or dizziness.
