I have a habit of imagination; imagining about myself as a superhero or a good human being who is liked by everyone, in a story fitting to my past timeline incorporating character of my choice, most of them real but some virtual with an extra importance so that their relation with me enhances the value of my character in this virtual film and sometime the story is picked from typical Bollywood or Hollywood film etc. It almost feel like watching a movie. I used to do it in my extra times, for ex. During train journey I used to like imagining virtual films instead of talking to people or friends during the course of time but later (after 3-4 yrs) I started taking out additional time from my schedule for this purpose. Now, I start feeling headache incase I get involved in over imagination and also when I use to think about complex problem. I feel my memory power get deteriorated too as compared to competency I used to have few years ago. Is there any relation between the sequence of events- from imagination to chronic headache and memory loss? What needs to be done?
