I am 48 year old man. I have swelling in both my leg. I am a Diabetic & High BP patient since last 06 years. I am using MAT XL 25 & olmesar 40 mg for BP and ISTAMET 50/1000 for Sugar. My HB1C is 9.8 and BP averaging 95/140. Pl. Advice.

Swelling in both the limbs indicates that you have a problem that concerns the entire body as opposed to a local problem which will lead to a local swelling only (like swelling in one leg only). In your case swelling may mean a lot of things but I am more worried about your kidney functions which can lead to such cases very frequently in diabetics and BP patients. Hence as a forthright advice - please get Urine ACR (albumin Creatinine Ratio) and KFT test from reputed standardised lab in your area.
