I have done liver biopsy, it's writer Liver biopsy is fragmented and shows distorted architecture with formation of occasional micronodules and incomplete macronodules partially encircled by broad fibrosis septae. Portal areas and septa show mild mixed inflammation moderate dectular reaction and aberrant vascular channels hepatocytes show mild small droplet stenosis ballooning degeneration along with mild cellular canalicular and occasional ductal cholestasis vary occasional foci of lobular inflammation including neutrophil seen. Extensively pericellular fibrosis seen Liver Biopsy consistent with Ethanol related chronic liver disease with mild activity and incomplete cirrhosis Please suggest me what does this mean?
