I am 18 years old I am a semi fair looking in color but when I am expose to sun my face is getting tanned mostly when I ride a bike and a layer of tan forms on my forehead which is clearly visible it appears even if I am exposed to sun very few hours which sunscreen lotion should I use SPF 30 or SPF 50.
