He is becoming fatty day by day while he don't eat too much do proper exercise and all but he can't control his weight tell me what can be the reason may be coz of heridity or anything else.

There could be n number of reasons but the important thing to know is you have to nourish your body. Crashing your intake will make you further gain. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.
