In order to gain muscle, you need to chop down all fatty foods, such as fast food, excess oily foods, butter ghee etc. And replace with fibre, carbs, and protein rich diet such as veggies, sprouts, milk. A blend of proper exercise under guidance of a trainer shall also go with a the diet. Have a good day,
