About Beta L 1500 MG Injection

Beta L 1500 MG Injection is known to be a beta blocker, that is, the drug slows down the effect of some chemical that occur naturally in the body, for instance epinephrine, so as to enhance the function of the heart and blood vessels. The drug effectively lowers blood pressure as well as heart rate, thus causing less strain on the muscle. Beta L 1500 MG Injection is generally prescribed to those patients suffering from hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina (chest pain). The medicine should be taken as per dosage on the prescription. Over dosage of the drug can lead to complications. Depending on the affects the drug has on a patient, the doctor may make variations to the dosage. Initially the doctor may prescribe about 50 mg of Beta L 1500 MG Injection, increasing it to 100 mg or more as and when required. Doctors generally advise that Beta L 1500 MG Injection should not be discontinued suddenly as it can further worsen the side effects of the drug.         Bradyarrhythmia/Av Block

        Beta L 1500 MG Injection or other beta blockers are not recommended in the patients with Sinus Bradyarrhythmia or heart block greater than the first degree.         Glaucoma
