Dear lybrate-user, you may be fit after taking a nutritous diet like protein fibre food salads fruits soup juice. You may also increase weight by taking banana shake or banana with hot milk and graoes juice and dste milk daily fora month. Avoid oil junk food.

You should exercise regularly ,eat a balanced food containing lot of Carbohydrates and proteins for example you can have peanuts, Bananas, egg ,poultry, lot of milk and Milk products to gain healthy weight .weight training also helps to gain weight join a good gym for that.

You need to increase your food intake. Eat every 2 -3 hours. Include milkshakes, sweets, custards, chocolates, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, etc. Have aloo / paneer Parathas in breakfats, 2-3 chapatis with a bowl of rice and dal, vegetables, salad and curd. If non-vegetarian, eat chicken, eggs, fish, meat (ocassionally).

No, not at all. Using testosterone for work out is not suggested. This will make him weak once he stop using it. Even his libido will be decreased once he stops it. Please try to make him work out without using any supplements.

Follow a good routine, concentrate in your work ant take good nutritious diet including fruits, green vegetable and dry fruits. U will be perfect good luck.

I work 11 hrs a shift from 2.30 pm to 1.30 am. 1st break @ 4.15 to 4.30 2nd 1he break at 6.30 to 7.30 3rd break 9.30 to 9.45 and last break at 11.30 to 11.45 I wake up @ 11. 15 am after which I exercise. But my eating habits r bad every break I have sandwich burger pasta coz m so hungry every break, I have pcos. I feel around my tummy area.

Hi Lybrate user, As per the details provided by you; you seem to have a sitting job for a long duration. And you also crave for junk. To overcome this. Make sure that you have a healthy and a heavy breakfast in the morning so that you can overcome your cravings for junk. Stand atleast for 10 min after every 1 hr that you spend sitting at one place. And for muncing in btwm carry few nuts and dates with you so that it would be a healthy munching. And split your meals and try to carry your meals with you for every break you have. Hello, Rice is digested well and contains vital nutrients. Prefer brown rice over white, polished one. Club rice with good varieties of vegetables like carrots, beans or soy chunks to increase its nutritional vitality. It can be taken at anytime of the day, it's just you should not get over bored with the quantity.

(Lime+honey + 4 Almonds) 6.30, (Corn +milk), (sprouts or boiled chana / green gram) 8 am or (any fruit-if available) 11 pm,(2 small roti+dal+veg curry) or wanna include millet -small bowl) 2 pm,(buttermilk + zeera powder )5 pm, 8 pm (1 jowar roti + veg curry), (milk + pinch turmeric. 10 pm.....4-5 litres of water .(will this help me to improve my muscle mass bone density n loss my fat)

Congratulations for embarking on the healthy way and loosing 10 kgs. You should start specific exercises for the knee which focus on strengthening your quadriceps and hamstrings. Avoid stair climbing /squatting and sitting cross legged. Do swimming and cycling instead. You may need Cartilage supplements based on further evaluation. Regards.

Hello lybrate-user, If your knee pain is persistent for the past few months and is not going despite medications and rest, you need to consider getting an MRI of knee joint done. Pop sounds from the knee can be due to Loose bodies/meniscal tear/ligamentous injury etc and needs to be clinically examined. Regards.
