Hi lybrate-user, Firstly, increase your meal frequency. Our body have its own subconscious memory for its weight. When we stop having meal on proper timings .it starts storing more and thus we further gain weight. To loose weight, follow these small changes in your lifestyle and eating pattern. Increase physical activities:- Do 20 minutes Morning Exercise session, During working hours - do 10 minutes walk in every 2 hours, Take 15 minutes walk after Dinner Do Deep Breathing :- Do 20 cycles of Deep breathing, 5 times per day. (early morning, during stress hours, prior going to bed) Water :- Consume Small amount (150- 180 ml) of lukewarm water in regular small intervals (about in every 1.5 hours) Follow 5 meal pattern: take 3 main meals and 2 snacks per day (keep the portion size small) Consume raw:- Take soaked Dryfruits/ Seeds / Nuts, once per day. Fresh fruit- once per day. Start your Lunch and dinner with 1 Plate salad. Stop following :- Excess of Tea, coffee, Aerated drinks, Hard Drinks, Fatty Preparations, Bakery Products, Sugar.
