My Blood pressure is varying 140 -90 is it correct at my age 37. Or otherwise I have to take life long tablets?

If the diastolic pressure is consistent not crossing 90 mm. Then it is fairly normal. If the average BP (140+90=230�2=115) maintains below 115 then do not worry but keep monitoring. Ensure that you do not have risk factors like over weight, diabetes, smoking etc.

It is correct. Donot need medicines. But of course life style modification is needed means salt restricted diet, brisk walking, fat free diet.
