Hello Narendra Asking the question and acknowledging that you are ready to fight is one of the first and most effective ways. There's no one right answer here, because it's different for everyone. Fighting depression doesn't always mean needing medication or even needing intense therapy like CBT, sometimes it just means needing someone to listen. A friend, or a mentor or a therapist are all great options. Get Active -It can be hard hard hard to be active and exercise when dealing with depression. But if you are up for it, it is an amazing way to start fighting and managing your symptoms. Activeness doesn't have to mean going to the gym or on 5 mile runs, it can be 10 minutes of yoga in the morning or a stroll through the park. Practice Mindfulness and Acceptance-Learning to be present in the moment and accept that you might have sad times but it's okay is vital to managing and fighting depression.
