I am on a keto diet and I go to gym regularly. I eat 10 whole eggs a day. They are high in dietary cholesterol. So is it safe to have 10 eggs a day.

You should not take more then 1 egg a day, infact 2 eggs a week provides your body with more then enough cholestrol required. Stop taking 10 eggs a day, and I case you want to take protein take white of egg and throw away the yolk. Other wise very sioon you will land up in deranged lipid catagory.
