hello you can take oeat as breakfast with milk n some nuts..you can take seasonal fruits. Avoid curd in morning as already acid in stomach is active..so curd also have acidic property..so better to have it wid brunch or lunch

Yes you can have oats before workout as it is rich in carbohydrates energy needed for the workout (1/2 hour before workout) and curds later to build up protein in the muscles 1/2 after workout.
