Hi Librate user Thanks for sharing your feelings. Feeling suicidal is not a character defect, it means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now. Right now this pain seems you overwhelming and permanent at the moment but with the time and support you can overcome your problems and the pain and suicidal feelings will pass. You should try to understand and realize that crises are usually temporary. Solutions are often founds, feelings change and unexpected positive events occure. Give yourself the time necessary for things to change and the pain subside. I suggest you few coping mechanism's for you to try, if suicidal thoughts do start to overcome you-- Take a pen and paper and write a list of all the things that give your life meaning-- anything you enjoy doing, anything that make you happy. Talk to your family members about your feelings. Try to keep a positive and realistic attitude and accept that although you can't control certain things but you are in charge of how to respond. Exercise regularly you will find better and be more prepared to handle problems. Outdoor activities are very good for physical and emotional health. Thanks.
