I am 19 years old. My problem is as that my hemoglobin and weight not increase. Mujhe aisa lagta hai ki mera khana absorb nahi hota. Na hum kabhi sick hote hai na hi kabhi weakness feel hoti hai. Hum ye samajh nahi pa rahe ki hume problem kya hai. Food time par aur ache se khate hai.

Hi, take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Eat 2 egg white. Include protein and iron rich food like spinach, milk and milk products, sprouts, almonds, walnuts,fish, bajra and ragi are good source of iron. No drink before and with meals do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take small and frequent meals.
