Use Warm water for drinking, Take dinner in half quantity of lunch, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, do regular exercise,cycling,jogging,running,dancing,rope skipping etc. do yoga ,pranayam daily, avoid foods kept in friedge, sleeping immediately after taking food, oily,spicy ,fast,bakery foods, avoid excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,overeating,tobacco,smoking,alcohol etc.if any of these addiction... All The Best..
