I feel heavy head in the morning. I want a diet chart in order to feel active and energetic full day. I am 32 year old, with a height of 5.8 feet. I weight around 72 kg. Please help me to be fit and to feel energetic.

1. Exercise daily for 1/2 hr 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hr interval instead of 3-4 large meals. In between balanced main meals (comprising of whole grains, whole legumes/fish/chicken/egg, fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy product), have healthy snacks- coconut water w/o cream, nuts, oilseeds, boiled egg, roasted chana, roasted makhana, muri with veggies, roasted chirwa, whole fruit with green tea. 4.
