Dear lybrate-user, There are ways to control anger like 1. Leave the situation provoking anger 2. Drink a glass of water 3. Take deep breath 5-6 times, 4. Do reverse counting from 100. All these measure will help in controling anger. Over all management of anger and relationship problem is individually tailored.
