My baby is one month and 8 days old. He has vomited twice in 4 days at night during feed. I get so scared when the milk comes out of his nose also. What to do when he vomits I literally get chills and do not know what to do while he is vomiting.

Spit up is quite common among the babies. When he vomits just make him turn on either of his side so that he does not aspirate into his lungs and the milk comes out. If your child is gaining weight, there is no fever or other issues, there is nothing to worry about. Make sure you are burping your child about 20 to 30 minutes post feed. Warm regards.
