I am 57 years old male and diabetic for two years and is under fair control by taking 2 mg Glucoryl mv2 in the morning, also hypothyroid for last 16 years but under control with weight averagely 90 kg. Also my Uric Acid is slightly above the limit. Kindly suggest a fair diet.
