I'm a 16 year old male with low body weight and i'm skinny even though I eat allot and mostly I stay on bed. I workout at home for 1 hr to 90 mins every non consecutive days. My skin and muscles feel soft every time and I can feel my bones almost in every part of my body. I eat around 1litre of lentil soup (daal) and eat 200-250gm rice, 8 chapattis and 1 glass of milk, daily 1-2 samosas as a picky meal and daily 5 gm of creatine after working out. I have strength but due to my body physique I lack confidence and I don't have access to high quality food as it doesn't fall on my budget. Please help.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely.
