Hello doctor, today I got my hba1c report which shows it is 6 that means I am pre-diabetic, but 10 months ago I checked it it was 5.3. I don't know how I became pre-diabetic within these few months. Please help me what should I do, I regularly exercise, do min 30 minutes cycling, take no extra sugar and eat less carbs. Daily I took two medicine lodoz 5 and uvox 50. Weight 65 kg, height 6 ft.
