I am using triglimisave 1 twice a day for sugar n it's fbs 100 pp 138 in control but I am suffering eye disorder like watery eye since a month may from sugar medicine side effects I use lots of eye drops from eye specialist like zenflox n soha eye drops but not effect kindly advice wat to do should I change sugar tablet? Wich? Or eye drops n I jv reading specs too.

Tablets for diabetes causing watering of eyes is unlikely. There may be local cause like allergy, dry eye or blocking of naso lachrymal apparatus dealing with eye lubrication. Consult experienced eye specialist for proper eye examination and diagnosis of the problem. Blood sugar levels appear normal. Maintain this always.

If yes, kindly do not take acid suppressing medications as they cause depression and weak bones and poor digestion. Kindly add himalaya diabecon ds and nestle resource diabetic for energy and strength. As for eye issue, I suggest you try getting 8 hours minimum sleep. I wish you all the best.
