I got fever pf 102. I used dolo 650. Fever not subsided. I am using monocef-o 200 since two days without doctors prescription. Yeatetday I t came 99. Now again it is 101. I am feeling vomiting sensation & also heaviness. Light head ache. Can I stoop monocef. Pl advise.

Since monocef is a antibiotic, so stopping it with out consuming the full course is not recommended. It can only be stopped if there is any severe allergic reaction and in this case since its already taken for 2 days so no chance of allergy. Vomiting, heaviness can either be due to the fever itself or due to the drug. Just take tab pan d once a day 30 mins before breakfast daily, continue dolo if fever persist. Take light diet but rich in protein and vitamin for few days. Usually fever will subside with in 7 days. If not consult doctor. Hope it helps.
