I am a fitness enthusiast. I did a deadlift today just to check my back strength and I can hear 2 popping sounds from lower back I can move do squats but still feel slight pain in my lower back.

It would be advisible to do iceing for twice or thrice a day for 15 minutes each time, use volini gel or spray. Avid lifting weight it may cause spasm to your lower back muscles. Gentle exercises would not harm you.
