My husbands fasting sugar is 135 and post meal it's 154 .he is taking tablets twice a day and following a diet with no carbs and only vegetables eggs and salads .he is also doing intermittent fasting from evening till next day morning .doing this has brought this blood sugar levels to great control. Can he continue this diet plan and reverse his sugar levels? Does he need to consult a doctor? His age is 35.

Yes he can control it himself. Add 20 minutes daily brisk walking to routine and monitor sugar frequently. As long as sugar is in control. No matter the method used. It is ok do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

Diabetes is not a disease it's a syndrome. It can't be reversed. Though there can be precaution and care collectively called as diabetic care which can be given to the patient.
