You should do morning exercise/running daily upto 3 km practice yoga limit fast-food and cold drinks take a glass of full cream milk with banana twice daily get back to me - if this does not solves your problem.

Dear lybrate-user, at your age, it is slightly unusual to be feeling tired. However according to your height, you need to lose 4-5 kg. Kindly start consuming more dairy products. Avoid nuts, seeds or dry fruits because they contain phytic acid which is antinutrients. If consumed in large quantities causes mineral deficiencies. Also if there is family history of diabetes, kindly get tested. Avoid smoking if you are a smoker. Good luck!
