My brother have a acl surgery done in year 2006. From few months he is having severe pain in knee findings in mri are: status post acl reconstruction evidence of normally placed tibial and femoral tunnels showing smooth margins with no bony erosion/collection seen, screw seen in the lateral femoral condyle at femoral tunnel mild arthritic changes are seen with tibial spiking, cortical / articular surface irregularity at medial femoral condyle and tibial articulation with small subchondral cyst at lateral tibial condyle rest of the bones appear normal with intact cortex, no bony injury seen the patellofemoral alignment is maintained with no dislocation seen no significant soft tissue edema seen.
