Hello Dr. Sahib ji. Is there any possibility to cure nutritional deficiency at the age of 33 female. By birth bones weak. Height not properly increase due to thin bones and lower calcium level in bones. 2 years to 12 years age she is not eat properly curd milk and even only half chapatti. Because always feel full. Milk and curd taste not like. But at present one and half chapatti in one meal two times milk intake. Fruits intake sometimes. Disc dessication changes at multiple level bones weak sometimes hb 9 sometimes 12. But easily gain weight. Body is weak easily tired. She is tense about future (old age).
