Dry fruits as such does not increase glucose level. You can have walnut, raisin, cashew, almonds etc as they don't participate much in causing diabetes but yes too much of dry fruits do have their own side effects.

Some dry fruits do have concentrated sugars. But dry fruits will not cause diabetes. Diabetes is caused by entirely different reasons.
