Negative urine culture report suggests there is no infection caused by bacteria. Pus cells if above 5 per hpf, turbidity, presence of albumin and complaints like burning urine, chills, irregular fever, abdominal pain, pain in lower abdomen suggests some infection other than bacteria. Take about 3-4 litres of oral fluid if no other kidney involvement. Consult physician - internal medicine or a urologist.
