Sunken eyes are usually just a result of aging, dehydration, or not getting enough sleep, vitamin deficiencies, weight loss, genetics, smoking, allergies, sinus infection, trauma etc. Drink plenty of water, have a healthy balanced diet, have good amount of sleep. Every night before you sleep, place a wet towel in the freezer. Once you wake up in the morning, put it on your eyes for about 10?15 minutes. If you're a tea drinker, set aside the teabag and put it in the fridge. Allow it to cool for a few minutes then on your clean face, put it on your undereye for about 15?20 mins. Do this regularly. To freshen your eyes, cut thin slices of cucumber and leave it in the fridge to cool. Before you sleep, put it on your eyes for 8?10 minutes. Elevate your pillow when sleeping so the fluid in your body doesn't go up and accumulate on your eye area. Avoid too much intake of caffeine, it can contribute to having sunken eyes.
