I am 20 year old boy before 4 months I come to face an issue of high bp so doctor suggest me to to do something I start doing that so that is I start walking at night after dinner and I left all oily and fried and bread and butter and just eat two chapati in morning near 10 am and do not eat anything whole day and in evening near two chapati with any butter so is it normal to decrease weight from 83 kg to 69.35 kg in 4 months.
