I'm 52 years old male. I'm detected psoriasis 22 years ago. Initially I was having a scaly patches periodically. Subsequently the spots are permanent and become larger size all over body and scalp. Since last 10 year my fingers started swelling and bend at tip. Now my joints knee backbone ribs and wrist having high restrictions and pain on moments. Some fingers are also swelled. Presently I am taking methotrexate 10 mg weekly and diclophenac as pain killers. Please advice me medicines. With regards, goresh.
