I have a metabolism problem, I eat the healthiest food, red meat once a month, fish fortnight, predominantly veg food cardiac exercise 2 times a dsy at gym, no drinks, no smoke, only 1 to max 2 cups of tea a day with minimal 1/4 spoon sugar, minimal sweets, lots of fresh fruit, only almonds and apple fir6lunch YET, my weight does not reduce, Infact keeps increasing. I must b having some thyroid issue, something to do with my metabolism, How do I find the root cause, what blood/other tests need to be done to address this My sugar is within limitmX 130-140 after food, and BP too (90/130) (although not ideal, on border), The only medicine I take regularly is CTD-O 6.25/40 and Feburic, asvI hv uric acid issue. Please help /advise.
