Hello sir\mam! I'm 23 year old bachelor. My weight is only 47 Kg. I'm having so many problems for my thin body and less weight and I don't feel energetic to do any work. I want to increase my body weight at earliest. I don't have the opportunity to eat no of times becoz of my profession. So, considering all these things, please suggest me some food or medicine (if any) so that I can build by body as early as possible. Thank you.

Hi, according to your height your weight is too low. Do regular exercise, take 2 banana with luke warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk and eggs, milk and milk products. Combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet.
